Tony epitomizes the "roll up your sleeves and get the job done" attitude

all NVision consultants. His ability to see the big picture,
develop
the strategy and drive results in quick and practical ways is often the
catalyst that change requires.
Tony provides human resources and consulting expertise, drawing on his experience as a human resources professional in training and compensation, and his line roles as an account manager and head of customer service. His focus is always on developing employees who are informed, engaged and aligned to the organization's brand promise and strategy.
Consulting in the professional and financial services, retail, aerospace, technology and healthcare industries, Tony has introduced innovative human resources programs ranging from vision-building to compensation and teaming. He has also developed communication strategies for culture change and project managed systems changes (HRMS, CRM, ERP).
As much an ideas person as he is goal oriented, Tony is equally skilled at conceiving breakthrough insights and strategies as he is at implementing practical solutions. As a result, he's the consultant clients count on – again and again – to add value and inject energy at every stage of their change initiatives.
Prior to consulting in 1994, Tony worked at Chase Manhattan Bank, American Express, Royal Trust and Black Photo in increasing senior business and human resources roles. In his role at Black Photo, he was on the senior management team and reported to the President as an agent of change.
Tony has served as President of the Human Resources Professionals of York Region, serves on the Board of the Toronto HR Professionals and provincial HR committees, and has been actively involved with the Toronto Board of Trade policy committee and other industry groups. He teaches Compensation at the University of Toronto and presents frequently at industry forums. |
